Comparison of The Most Popular Wearable Breast Pumps (Eufy S1 Pro, MomCozy Air1, & Momcozy M5)

My DMs are filled with this: “Which wearable pump should I get?”

And honestly… I get it. There are SO many options now, and they all look and sound so similar.

So let’s simplify it. I’m comparing three of the most talked-about wearable pumps right now:

  • Eufy S1 Pro

  • MomCozy Air 1

  • MomCozy M5

First, What Actually Matters in a Wearable Pump?

Before we compare, here’s what I care about clinically + practically:

  • Output (does it actually empty you?)

  • Fit + flange design

  • Noise/discretion

  • Ease of use (cleaning, fridge hack, etc.)

  • Real-life convenience (charging, app, etc.)

But ultimately, frills don’t matter if the pump doesnt actually work and fit in your life!

1. MomCozy Air 1

Best for: discreet pumping + control + working moms

Output

  • Generally moms report a really strong output for a wearable

  • Tons of customization (225 combinations). Meaning, You can fine-tune the suction strength, speed, and rhythm more than most wearable pumps, which can be helpful for moms who are sensitive to certain settings or who respond best to very specific pumping patterns.

Noise

  • One of the quieter options on the market

  • Easy to use in public/office without drawing as much attention as others on the market

Fit + Breast Tissue

  • Shorter tunnel (not ideal for mom’s with more elastic tissue)

  • Slim, narrow design because of the shorter tunnel

What makes it stand out

  • Transparent top (you can actually see nipple alignment + milk flow)

  • Super slim (≈2.4 inches)

  • Lightweight, very wearable/sleek

  • Charging case

Pros

  • Slimmest / most discreet

  • Great customization

  • Easy to align nipple

  • Charging case

Cons

  • Not very elastic tissue-friendly

2. Eufy S1 Pro

Best for: comfort + convenience + consistent output

Output

  • Typically very reliable, consistent output

  • Strong suction with less need to tweak settings

  • Many moms do well just using preset modes and not customizing a ton

Noise

  • Not the quietest option

  • Still reasonable, but not as discreet as Air 1 (its sound never bothered me personally)

Fit + Breast Tissue

  • More forgiving for elastic tissue

  • Silicone flange has a “grippy,” velvety feel… in a good way

  • Comes with a variety of flange insert sizes so that you dont have to buy extra parts

What makes it stand out

  • Charging case = game changer. Multiple sessions without plugging in the wall.

  • Heated flanges can help with letdown (especially in winter months)

  • App + customizable modes

Pros

  • Charging case

  • Comfortable flange fit for a variety of moms (and moms with elastic nipples

  • Heat can be helpful for letdown

Cons

  • Slightly bulkier then Air1

  • Not quite as quiet as Air1

IMPORTANT: The Eufy S1 and the Eufy S1 Pro are the same pump, but the Pro version includes the charging case.

So if you love the Eufy S1 but don’t care about the charging case, the regular S1 may be a good way to save some money.

If convenience matters a lot to you, especially for work, travel, or just not wanting one more cord to keep up with, the S1 Pro is absolutely the more convenient option.

3. MomCozy M5

Best for: budget-friendly, simple wearable option

Output

  • Solid output and reliability

  • Not quite as strong as Air 1 or Eufy

Noise

  • Moderate

  • Not silent, not loud

Fit + Breast Tissue

  • Standard wearable flange

  • Its not the sleekest pump, but fits in a bra well

What makes it stand out

  • Affordable & simple to use

Pros

  • Budget-friendly

  • Easy to use… one of the OG wearable pumps

Cons

  • Less powerful comparitively, but still a wonderful option

  • Fewer customization options if you are into that

So… Which One Would I Recommend?

This is what I’d tell a patient:

  • Working mom where she really wants discreet & quiet→ Air 1

  • Everyday, reliable option with a few bells and whistles (heat, app, etc) or elastic tissue→ Eufy S1 Pro

  • Reliable budget pick or occasional use → M5

Final Thoughts

Most of these pumps are good. But the “best” pump is the one that:

  • fits your body

  • works with your lifestyle

  • and actually empties you well
