This is, by far, the most important thing you can do to prepare. Feeding your baby will be a massive portion of your life after your baby is born. Don’t just wing it!

2. Lactation Consultant
If breastfeeding is important to you, find a trusted lactation consultant now. We would be honored to be that support system for you.
This way you’ll have someone to reach out to as soon as you need them. Researching a trusted care provider can be stressful when you need them urgently.
3. Counselors
Postpartum life is not an easy one. Your hormones are all over the place and you have another life to care for. Find a provider you trust and schedule an appointment with them (even if you feel great.)
